XignOff offers a versatile solution for secure electronic signature capture across a variety of contexts, streamlining validation and record-keeping processes.

Designed to support the verification and reconciliation of numerous transactions, including personal training and gym sessions, massage appointments, tutoring sessions, service visits, deliveries, surveys, and beyond, XignOff simplifies the process of obtaining and archiving signatures digitally.

The application enables users to capture signatures efficiently on iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices. Each signature, along with relevant metadata such as timestamp and geolocation, is securely stored in the cloud as long as the user’s account remains active.

The embedded metadata verifies the timing and location of each signature, contingent upon accurate device settings and enabled location services. Additionally, measures are in place to ensure the integrity and uniqueness of signatures, preventing duplication or unauthorized use through mechanisms such as copy/paste restrictions.

XignOff provides flexible organizational tools, allowing users to create custom indexing structures for signatures that align with their operational needs. The service includes a fixed allocation of XOs—customizable units that can be assigned, managed, and utilized according to user preference. Tags can be added for detailed classification, and categories can be created for further organization, offering comprehensive control over signature management.

Given that all signatures are stored in the cloud, reliable internet connectivity—preferably via Wi-Fi—is essential to ensure optimal performance and security during operation.
